The previous company I had used for years for yearly maintenance and repairs blew me off as a pre-existing customer and said they couldn't get out to me for two weeks. In the middle of a heat wave with three small kids, I called Oltrom because they were from our same town. Monica was responsive and told me they would be out the SAME day or at worst tomorrow. The owner's son was at my door in a couple of hours, fixed the fried circuit on the unit, all for less than a service call with the other guys. I will ONLY be using Oltrom from now on. Chris showed up the same day just two hours after I called He diagnosed the problem, faulty flame sensor. After a little sanding the sensor was good again and we had HEAT!. Loved it. The cost? 50 bucks. Use this guy. That's all I've got to say.
